About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of sphereatlas.online (the “website”), which is operated by SphereAtlas Global Management and Strategic Consultancy LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, Licence No. 2646712.01 (“SphereAtlas”, “we”, “us” or “our”). SphereAtlas Online is our brand.

By using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are and what we do

SphereAtlas is an educational management company and program delivery partner. We work with accredited partner schools and institutions and support families through enrollment, documents, payments and ongoing coordination. We are not a school.

Our partner schools are responsible for the curriculum, accreditation, assessment and academic records, and they issue report cards, certificates and diplomas. Whether a credential is recognised by other schools, universities, employers or government authorities is decided by those bodies.

Information on the website

The website gives general information about our programs and services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but programs, grade levels, fees, scholarships, family benefits, schedules and availability may change without notice.

Nothing on the website is an offer, a guarantee of a place, or a contract. Programs described as “opening soon” or offered through a waitlist may change or may not open. Joining a waitlist does not reserve a place.

Enrollment, fees and refunds

Enrollment, fees, payment schedules, refunds, withdrawals and transfers are governed by a separate enrollment agreement and by the policies of the partner school. You will receive and review these before making any payment.

If anything on the website differs from your enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement applies. An enrollment is confirmed only once the enrollment agreement is accepted and we have confirmed it in writing.

Scholarships and family benefits

SphereAtlas Scholars and Sibling Discount Program benefits are subject to eligibility criteria, assessment, available places and the terms set out in the relevant agreement. We may ask for supporting documents and verify the information you give us.

Benefits may be reviewed, changed or withdrawn if information provided is found to be inaccurate or if eligibility changes. Benefits shown on the website are indicative, and the final amount is confirmed in writing.

Using the website

When you use the website, you agree to:

give accurate, complete and current information in our forms;
submit a child’s information only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have their permission;
be at least 18 years old when you submit a form;
use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

You must not:

impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with any person or organisation;
upload or send viruses, malware or harmful code, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users’ information;
copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission;
interfere with the security or operation of the website; or
use the website to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

How we contact you

When you submit a form or message us, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your enquiry, enrollment or application. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can stop them at any time as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content and brand

The website and its content, including text, images, graphics, videos, the design and layout, and the SphereAtlas name and logos, belong to SphereAtlas or are used under licence. They are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or use any content or branding for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

Careers and Educator Network

Job listings on the website are an invitation to apply, not an offer of employment or engagement. Any engagement with SphereAtlas or our Educator Network is subject to a separate written agreement that sets out the nature of the relationship, the duties and the terms. Listings may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Third-party services and links

The website links to and uses services provided by other companies, such as WhatsApp, social media platforms, partner school websites and payment providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services or programs, including admission to a particular school, academic results, or the recognition of credentials by third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SphereAtlas, its directors, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or any information on it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to AED 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability relating to our services is governed by your enrollment agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate SphereAtlas for any loss, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

Changes to the website

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice, for example for maintenance or to change our services. We are not liable if the website is unavailable at any time.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

Changes to these terms: we may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
Severability: if any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: if we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
Language: if these terms are translated, the English version applies in case of any difference.
Entire terms: these terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the website.
