What you'll do
  • Answer families’ questions on WhatsApp, email and phone
  • Guide parents through enrollment, step by step
  • Follow up on documents and payment reminders, kindly and on time
  • Keep every conversation logged and up to date
What you'll need
  • Experience in customer service, admissions or client support
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Calm, patient and organised under pressure
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email and CRM tools

  • Experience in registrar, admissions or school records work

  • Run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok Ads
  • Create graphics, short videos and email campaigns

What you'll need
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio of your work
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google or TikTok ad platforms
  • Skilled with Canva, CapCut or similar design and video tools

Join our Educator Network

Online teachers and tutors who help children learn, wherever they live. All educator roles are remote.
What you'll do
  • Deliver engaging live online lessons
  • Guide students’ independent work
  • Track each learner’s progress and give clear, timely feedback
  • Work with our family support team to keep parents informed
What you'll need
  • A Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) licence
  • A BEEd or BSEd degree
  • Confident teaching across multiple subjects for your grade level, not only your major
  • Experience teaching Kinder to Grade 12, online or in a classroom
  • Confidence with digital tools, documents and apps, including Microsoft 365 and similar platforms
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet space to teach from home

  • Run one-on-one and small-group online tutoring sessions
  • Help learners with reading, homework and topics they find difficult
  • Prepare simple, engaging practice activities
  • Share short progress notes with our family support team
What you'll need
  • A degree in Education, or a related degree
  • At least one year of tutoring or teaching experience, online or in person
  • Able to tutor across subjects for elementary or high school learners
  • Patient and encouraging, with a knack for explaining things simply
  • Confidence with digital tools, documents and apps, including Microsoft 365 and similar platforms
  • An LPT licence is a plus, but not required
